Phixr

Phixr is another free online photo editor.

It has the basic features: crop, brightness, rotation, red-eye removal, black and white, sepia, removing noise. It also has filters that can be applied to photos.

It has options to export images in JPEG, PNG, GIF, or PDF.

Always before applying the changes, it shows a thumbnail picture will be like that.

I found it somewhat slow to apply the changes I was making the pictures, but nothing very tired. Its interface is very simple and friendly to work with the photos. It's worth checking out.
