Software that I use (more)
Posted on March 30, 2007 by Ricardo Alamino
Some software we install and then uninstall or stop using ... Some of extreme helplessness, or by lack of resources or also technical problems, incompatibility, disuse ... Anyway, a number of factors.
Below is a list of software installed and it no longer part of my application:
- ICQ: I think that everyone installed one day, but nowadays no good for anything anymore. Or someone uses ICQ?
- Real Player: Player of the videos. Ram. That was it?? Not even remember how this worked;
- WinZip: Wow, this is a very long time I do not use ... There are so many good alternative, as FilZip, WinRar;
- Alcohol 120%: This I even did a lot of CDs to clone, but he won the license and never work right. I gave up;
- Shareaza: Well, I even used it to share files, but it was too little time ... Kazaa and eMule fell on my preference;
- GetRight: A download manager that never went with the guy ... I think this really was not made for me. Not much enjoyed the interface and features. I chose to use Download Accelerator Plus;
- MetaCafe: Honestly, I prefer to use YouTube, despite the advantage of the videos become available offline on Metacafe, since you can download them.
- Photoshop: There are several free software that will do the same as he, like Gimp, PhotoPlus ...
- Palm Emulator: He even emulates some palms simple, but the newer ones like the Tungsten T5, it falls short for lack of ability to use ... I gave up;
- Arachnophilia : An HTML editor of the oldest ... I helped in the early developments of web pages ...
- 1st Page 2000 : Another free HTML editor. I used a lot ...
- Napster: Still there??
- Galaxy Audio: Does anyone remember this? To download songs ....
- UOL Phone: It really is not the best choice for VoIP, in my humble opinion.
- IG Dialer: This was the time of the launch of free dial-up connection.
